How long have you been on DeviantArt? Almost 9 years
What does your username mean? It's a contradiction much like myself.
Describe yourself in three words. This is difficult because I generally don't put myself first, here goes nothing... contradictory, ancient (well my soul is), mysterious
Are you left or right handed? Ambidextrous I can use both hands equally well. I also use my feet on occasion.
What was your first deviation?
Surfer marker/digital pic of a surfer. It wasn't anything special and looking back I can see a lot of flaws in it but overall I was happy to post this Pic.What is your favourite type of art to create? I draw mainly in an anime style but lately have been working on 3D art like jewellery and key chains. So I guess I'm all over the map at present.
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be? 3D animation (I'd love to work for Dreamworks of Disney) So far I can only animate in 2 dimensions but I'll get there.
What was your first favourite? Butterfly girl by xa-xa-xa
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most? Mostly animation and anime
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist? That's like asking which arm I prefer or which sense is the best. I can't choose...
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be? Someone who seems to have made an excellent career from her art and whose brain I'd like to pick Loish
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life? I always feel better when I post a new peice of art and get feedback on it. Everything form the positive to constructive criticism always makes me feel like I'm improving and my work is appreciated.
What are your preferred tools to create art? I like to draw in animator blue pencil and in a sketchbook. Then I'll clean up the drawing in ink (sometimes and sakura pen sometimes ball point pen-usually black) then I'll scan the pic and colour in Photoshop using my Wacom tablet. Old school but I get the best results with little frustration.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art? In my comfy chair in my room, or at my drawing table.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory? The realization that I not only had page views but comments and followers. It made me feel like I was no longer creating art in a fish bowl and that my art was relevant.
